We were able to listen the Secretary of california department of food and agriculture talk along with other guests that served on a panel that answered questions about advocating for agriculture. The state officers were also in attendance and socialized with the attendees.

knights of columbus crab feed
although hughson ffa does not put on this event, we do help at it. This year's event will be the third time we've served at the crab feed. this allows our members to meet people in our community. members who sign up to work at this event will care for a table. at the end of the night, all of the tips get equally distributed to the workers.

mjc ag senior day
once a year, modesto junior college puts on a senior day, specifically for ag. at this event, our students are able to learn about all of the opportunities offered at mjc and even complete their application to attend. This helps our members prepare for their future after graduating from
hughson high!

tulare world farm expo
our members are given the opportunity to attend the tulare world farm expo and look at all of the opportunities within ag. You can talk to businesses, colleges, companies, and so much more while getting to experience it with fellow members from hughson ffa!
